Tillie Byers

Tillie has been with Dr. Bonds since 1985. She is our loyal Office Manager and "Insurance Guru." If you have any concerns about your insurance, please contact her, and she will be more than happy to assist you.

Rhonda Chastain

Communications Team Leader

Rhonda is a 1976 graduate from Welborn High School. Rhonda joined our team in March 2007.

My role is to maintain patient relations. If the patient is happy, I want to know. If the patient is dissatisfied, I want to know.

Rhonda will be more than happy to help you, if you have any questions.

Leslie Ward

Patient Care Coordinator and Optical Team Leader

Leslie is a 2013 graduate of Cleburne County High School.

She joined our team in May 2014.

My goal is to accomplish three things.

I want to be sure each patient is pleased with the experience of their appoinment, they are confident with the glasses that they have chosen, and they look forward to returning to our office for their next appointment.

I want each patient to leave here feeling like they are our number one priority.

Erin Phillips

Patient Care Coordinator and Marketing Team Leader

Erin is a 2010 graduate of Alexandria High School. She joined our team in July 2012.

My goal is to make sure that every patient has the best experience possible.
